St Brawly Girl #7
Captain

St. Brawly Girl, Captain of the Beckley Area Derby Dames, started with her derby career back in March 2012. Her derby sisters quickly became her second family and her love of derby was sealed from her first day of practice. Brawly, #7, is a fierce competitor. She primarily jams, and is among the top scoring jammers on the team. She’s an incredibly tough blocker as well though, surprising her competitors with her intense hits. In October 2013, her team voted her “Most Valuable Jammer” and then in December, her team voted her as captain after her mentor and former BADD Captain Cupcake Cadaver stepped down. Brawly was invited to take part in the West Virginia All Star Team in December 2013, along with some of the best skaters in the state. St. Brawly Girl wants BADD to become a part of the Women’s Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA) and she is already training her teammates, along with Co-Captain Phyllis Kill’er, to become the best players they can be. 2014 is sure to be an outstanding season under Brawly’s direction and leadership. She said she can’t wait to see what the year has in store for BADD!
